The Dayton Marshal Dead.Fobt Dodge, la., Jan. a.—John Larson, the Dayton marshal, who was shot Monday night during* the riot, died this morning. Nine men were arraigned in this 7 city this morning on the charge of murder. They are David 'Winters, Alonzo Winters, Hugh Wilson, Barney Brady, Wm. Barber, Willis Flips, Hans 0. Brown, ‘Call Hamilton and Geo. Hull, It is believed the same gang robbed a traveling man of $1*35. The preliminary hearing is sot for next Monday.
