MARRIED,At the residence of Mr. Celeb Trippet, in this ounty, on Tuesday evening, the let of January, 18f7, by Rev. J. E. Jen kina, Dr, John Malonb and Mias Hattib Tuifpkt—all of this county.Some weeks ago we announced in the Demo-rat that a marriage in high life was on ;the tapis —that it was rumored that an O. B. of Princeton would soon lead to the bymenial altar one of the moot beautiful and wealthy of old Gibson’s fairest daughters. The above announcement shows that we were not mistaken. The great ivent has transpired—one that will live long in the memory of the very large assembly present on the occasion. The large mansion ot Mr. Trippet was literally crowded with a numerous concourse of people—11 brave men and fair worn* n’’—and very many Mhearts beat happily.” About 400 persons witnessed the ceremony, Jand partook of the sumptuous supper served up on the occasion, which was on a style of magnlfi-sence and profuseness far which the generous-leaited host and hostess are renowned. Thefestivitie^were^kept up until the,‘weesma’'thours it morning, when the numerous* guests rej aired :o their homes, well pleased with the entertainment.
