Mrs. Fred Wilsman is the former owner of the hotel.The deal included transfer of the Kresheck residence on West street to Mrs. Wilsman, who will make her future home there. The Kresheck family will also move Into living quarters in the Waverly building. ,Although Kresheck takes possession of the hotel Saturday it will not be opened for business until Sunday morning. August Wilsman of this city will have charge of the soft drink parlor located in the west end of the building.The Waverly hotel was erected in 1892 for Bart elm e and Gagnon,and was for many years one of the leading hotels: in the city. It was purchased by the late Fred Wilsman in 1905. After Mr, Wilsman’s death a year ago, his widow continued to manage the hostelry.Several improvements are planned for next spring, the new owner has announced.!C»
