S. Boice, as administrator of the estate of the said Catherine Stoskopf, asking the court to authorise and empower him to sell the real estate, to-wit: Ixit One of the S. W. \\ of theN. E. V4 of Section 17, Township 09 North, of Range 7 West of Ath P. M., being all of said 40 acre tract except 22/100 acres known as Lot 2 of said 40 acre tract.That the said application will be heard and determined by the said court at 1:30 P. M. on the 5th*day of February. 1017, at the court house in the City of Deeo-rah, Winneshiek County, Iowa.
