He proposes to open a pistol and rifle gallery in Savannah, for the instruction of those who wish to acquire thla important accomplishment. In connection with a notice of bis gallery in Macon, the Telegraph had the following remarks on the subject of instruction in the use of arms as a part of the education of a citizen :
