Fin* ney of Bucklin reached a now high in his city administration last week when he climbed the Bucklin water tower and installed a lighted cross. 120 feet above the ground. The lighted cross become a part of the Bucklin holiday decorations.Lights on the tower are visible in Brookfield, although the outline of the cross cannot be seenmore than six miles.
