Finney of Bucklin reached a new high in his city administration last week when he climbed the Bucklin water tower and installed a lighted cross. 120 feet above the ground. The lighted cross became a part of the Bucklin holiday decorations.Lights on the tower are visible in Brookfield, although the outline of the cross cannot be seen more than six mues.
