LI S ALAMITOS BAY, Cal. Jan 3—Lohmen Hogue, 35, today sat and killed his wife, infant son and then turned a revolver upon him self, committing suicide. Hogue had accused his wife of charging him with insanity. Deputy Sheriff Clarence Partin, a brother-in-law of Hogue, had heard of his threat, and rushed to the residence, accompanied by oth er officers. The house stands a half mile back from the road. As the officers approached, they heard no signs of a disturbance, but upon entering, found the three bodies, still warm. Hogue had evidently carried out a threat only a few minutes be the officers arrived. The bodies were removed to a Long Beach undertaking parlor, where the inquest will be held Monday.
