C hild’fi Foot Shot Entirly OIT.Last Saturday in the center of Grant parish, near Dry Prong,' Ernest Dees, aged six or seven years, shot the left foot of his little brother, agod 18 months, entirely off, except for a few tendons, and broke up his right foot badly. The right foot may be saved, but the left had to be cut off. The two boys are the children of Mr. John Dees, son-in-law of Mr. Dave Pugh. Mr. Dees had been bird hunting, and put his loaded gun under the bed. His son Ernest got hold o'f it and discharged a whole charge of bird shot into his little brother's feet with the result stated.
