Thomas Scott. Thomas Goott died at the home of his daughter, Mra. Asa Hare, on Mon day night 9:00 p. m. in his 76th year of kidney trouble being sick only one Week , . Beott was born at Hethel, Sullivan county, N. Y., on March 3rd, 1887. His wife bein Mre, Jane (Odell) Beott She died 1 years ago at Durlingham, N. Y. Mr. Scott is survived by the follow ing children: James RK. of Summit ville, N. Y.; Mary 2, wife of Asa Howe at Ulsterville, N. Y.; Joseph T. of Ulsterville, N. Y.; Edward, of Kington, N. Y.; Ida, wife of Edward Terwilliger, of Summitville, N. Y.; Winfield, of Middletown, N. Y., and Chancellor, of Burlingham, N. Y., and is also survived by the following brothers: John W. Scott, of Wilenville: Ira Scott, of Walden, N. Y.; Silas Scott, of Kingston, N. P.; Moses, of Hurlingham, N. Y., and one stater, Augusta Torwilliger, of Matteawan, N. Y. He left 16 grandchildren. Fu neral will be held at the home of his daughter Mrs. A. Howe, on Friday morning at 11 a. m. Interment in the Bloomingburg cemetery.
