Dec. 20, 27, 1899, and January 3, 190u. Order to Examine Accounts. STATE OF MINNESOTA, County of Freeborn, ss. Io Probate Court, Special Term, December 1th, 1499. In the matter of the estate of Herman Rafoth, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of Frederic ka Rafoth, executrix, of the estate of Her man Rafoth, deceased, representing among other things that she has fully adminis tered said estate, and praying that a time and face be fixed for examining, and allow ing the final account of her administration, and for the assignment of the residue of said estate to the parties entitled thereto by law: It is ordered, that said account be examined, and petition heard by this court, on Thursday, the 11th day of January, A. D. 190), at Worlock, 4. m., at the probate office in the city of Albert Lea in said county. And it is further ordered,that notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publishing this order once in each week for three successive weeks prior to said day of houring, in the Albert Lea Enterprise, a weekly news paper printed and published at Albert Lea in said county.
