DELPHOS, ALIAS SECTION TEN.A week ago the citizen* of chi» village had a meeting to tuko into consideration the affiicflof the town. It woa decidedly the largest and most enthusiastic village gathering we have witnessed here, and would that matters of more import than that which called them together on this occasion would elicit a like interest.The principal matter under consider ation was the name of (lie town, and after some exchange of sentiment, pro and con, it was concluded that the place waa now of sufficient importance to have a name; it now having four proprietorship, each of which had a different rccordid name, and the whole concern known by the appellation of“8eciion Ten,” which it received from the number of the division of iho Canal during its construction, and before the town had a being.The ancient name of Delpuqs was agreed upon by a Urge majority as an appropriate and agreeable one, and L^g* islativo action solicited to aid in carrying inte effect the desired change,^Section Ten Budget.
