By Emily BolterIt would be hard to fina any folks more ready, or more deserving of a New Year’s holiday than Cleo and MikeCastelo.Cleo serves Mexican meals twice a day at Sarah's Cafe and accomodates parties of varying sizes straight through the Christmas rush, which is considerable.Mike attends Sul Ross State College on a split schedule, being an employe of Winkler's men’s department. We have mentioned to Cleo that we often see the family out for Sunday dinner. She explains It this way: u When we finally get ail the pots and pans empty and clean on Saturday night, the/re stacked on the stove, and It's hardly possible for me to cook for the family in the cafe' kitchen. (Their apartment Is upstairs). The busy cafe will be closed Jan. 1 through Jan. 7 and the Castelo family will actually leave town on vacation. They will go to Alamogordo, where they will visit her brother, David Nunez; to Las Cruces, to visit the Juan Cas-telos; and to Ruldoso for the New Year's holidays. We hope Cleo doesn’t cook a meal - but we have a hunchshe’ll be up and efficiently serving one, wherever she mayvisit.
