manitoba may have its own provincial flag to use in con unction with the 1967 centen nial celebrations. Maitland Steinkopf, a provin cial secretary, has appointed a Special committee to consider design suggestions, it was an nounced Thursday. Judge C. C. Sparling of Win nipeg will head the committee —one of 13 established by the provincial government to plan centennial celebrations.
