A complete description of the start ing points, routes and tremini of said public ditch and laterals, together with a complete description of the lands over which the same will “pass, is found in the engineer's report and ex hibits thereof on file in my office, as aforesaid, in the above entitled pro ceeding, which is hereby referred to and made a part of this notice. The word “Station” as herein men tioned, refers to and is identical with the term “Stake” which stations are regularly 100 feet apart, and marked with good dressed stakes, set by said engineer along the lines of said ditch and laterals pursuant to section four of chapter 230 of General Laws of Minnesota for 1905, and numbered pro cessing down stream upon the in Biten as well as upon the various lat erals; the term plus designated “plus” followed by figures denotes that the nnts so marked or referred to, are down stream or forward upon the line, so many feet distant from the regu lar 100 feet stations, as the numer als following the said “plus” mark rep resent units; thus stake numbered 376 plus 12 feet, denotes a _ point 12 feet down stream and _for ward from stake numbered 376, its direction therefrom being controlled by the last course or direction of the line given. _ Said public ditch and laterals vary out but at all places the surface ‘ th thereof is more than seven and one-half feet on each side of_ said center line above described. Where ‘the center line of any portion of said ditch or laterals is herein before de bed as being on the boundary line betw two described tracts of land then said portion of said ditch or lat erals passes over and through each of said tracts of land. It is specified and provided in said engineer’s report that under no circumstances in the con struction of said ditch or laterals, shall any excavated or waste matter be placed more than ninety (90) feet from the center of the ditch or laterals, and under no circumstances shall any land more than ninety (90) feet from the said h or, laterals be dis or entered. teh and: Se thirty-one (31), in_ said township of Lansing, Mower County, Minnesota. The west half (W. 4%) of the north east quarter (N. E. %) of section thirty-six (36), and the east half (£. %) of the southwest quarter (8S. W. 44) of section twenty-two (22), and the south half (5. %) of the southwest quarter (3. . 4%) of section seven teen (17), and a one (1) acre parcel of land described as follows: commenc ing at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter (S. W. 4%) of the southeast quarter (S. E. 44) of section twenty-two (22); thence running east eight (8) rods; thence south twenty (20) rods; thence west eight (8) rods; thence north twenty (20) rods to the place of beginning, said tract of land being owned by the Minneso South ern Railroad Company and all of said lands being in said township of Mos cow, Freeborn County, Minnesota; the west half (W. 4%) of the southwest quarter (S. W. %) of section thirty six (36) in said township of Geneva, Freeborn County, Minnesota. That tract of land situated within the me ander line of Rice Lake in said town of Riceland, Freeborn County, Minne sota. Said public ditch and laterals like wise pass over and through the lands located within the meander line of Rice Lake in said town of Riceland, that will by the total drainage of said lake relict to and accrue to the following de scribed parcels of land bordering on said lake, viz. The Ss. B 4 of N. E. 4% and N. % of S. E. 4 and Government lot 2 in section 2. Also Government lots and 8. W. of N. W. % in section 2, also SE. 4 of S. bi. 4% and Government lot 3, in section 2; also the 3. KE. of N. E. 4 and Government lots 1 and 27, in section 3, and the 8S. W. 4 of the 5. W. %4% and Government lot 3, in section 4%, also N. W. % of S. E.4 and lot “B ® of subdivision of Government lot 2, in section 9, and Government lot 1 and N. % of S. W. % and lot A of subdi vision of Government lot 2, in section 9, and lots E and D, and lots B, and C, and lot A of subdivision of section 19, also Government lots 1, 2, 32 and 4, in section 11, and also Government lots 1 and 2 and E % of 3. E. 4, in section 14, also Government lot 3 and N. W. ? of S. E. 4, and also S. E. 4 of S. W. and S. Ww. % of 8. E. 1, and Government lots 4 and a, in section 14, and the east 17.5 acres of lot EB and east 15 acres of lot Db and east 1.43 acres of lot C, and lot A each of said lots being subdivisions of Gov ernment lots 3 and 4 and of . % of 3S. —. 4 of section 15: the west 15.75 acres of lot D and west 22.5 acres of lot E, and west 2.25 acres of Lot C all of subdivision of Government lots 3 and 4, and of % of S. EE. of section 15; and Government lots 1 and 2, in section 15, and the W. % of S. EE 4% and the S. E. 4 of SS. E. and Gov ernment lots 1, 2 and 3 and S. EL. 4 of N.
