JEROME— Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Ivie of Jerome have announced the marriage of their daughter, Miss Helen Margaret Ivie, to Nathan E Dredge of Jerome, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse H. Dredge of Malad. The wedding took place at 1 pm, Thursday, Dec. 20, in the L.D.S. temple at Logan, Utah, with the president of the Logan temple per forming the ceremony. The bride wore a white astra gown fashioned with a long train. Her corsage and bouquet were of American Beauty rosebuds. Mrs. Cecilia D. Rutter and Bishop and Mrs. Junius L. Crowther of Malad were the attendants. Following the ceremony a sup per was arranged at the Bluebird cafe at Logan for the wedding party and later the same evening a reception for the family and friends was held at the home of the bridegroom's parents at Malad. The bride attended Jerome schools and was graduated from the high school here with the class of 1942. Following graduation she was employed for nearly three years at Boeing Aircraft in Seat tle, Wash. Since returning to Je rome she has been employed as stenographer in the office of the North Side Canal company. Mr. Dredge was graduated from the Matad high school and attend ed Brigham Young university at Provo, Utah. He also filled L.D.S. missions in Texas and Louisiana. Following a 10-day honeymoon event at Salt Lake City and other points in Utah and Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Dredge will return to Jerome to make their home on a ranch lo cated southwest of Jerome where Mr. Dredge is engaged in stock raising.
