Connelly, of Consho-hocken, and who recently was one of tiie operators at the Bell Telephone company’s Norristown exchange has been promoted to chief operator of the Coatesvllle district of the same company, and left Wednesday of last week to assume the work. Her headquarters will be in Coatesvllle, and her duties among others are to visit the various sub-exchanges weekly. Miss Connelly will be remembered asi one of the very popular operators of the little exchange at; Plymouth Meeting. which was merged into the Con-shohoeken exchange in May, 1914. She has been with the Bell Telephone company for 10 years and has been' most painstaking and conscientious in her work and most courteous to the patrons of the company so that her advancement has been well deserved and meritorious on her part and very gratifying to her many friends in this sect ion.
