The eighth green will also be done away with and the course will be straight and narrow for fitO yards, with Jerusalem road on the left and the low, rough land on the right.Three hundred yards from the tee, about a hundred yards from the top of the hill that slopes down to the clubhouse, a large bunker, extending the entire width of the fair green, will be made. Numerous other traps will also be made at different points along the course, and the green of the little 150-yard hole will be almost entirely surrounded by guarding naiards.The changes are the first extensive alterations that have been made since Dave Hunter, the well-known New Jersey professional, mapped out the present course In 1811.
