TO CHANGE WESTFIELD LINKSExtensive Alteration* In Golf Cotne to be Made— Pflnth Hole toho MO Yard*Extensive change* In the course of tho Westfield Oolf Club links am to be made this winter, so that when the links are open for the It IS season the distance of the last fire holes will be materially affected. The biggest change will be the lengthening of what is now the longest hole, the ninth, from StO yards, its present distance, to 560 yard*, by the combining of the eighth and ninth holes into one.The first four holes of the course will remain the same. The fifth, however, which is now the seeond longest, will be shortened to 160 yards. The tee will be plsced next the fourth green and the course will He bsck towards the fourth tee, with the green near where the fifth tee la now. This will Improve the previous conditions, which necessitated a long walk of over 160 yards back from the fourth green to the fifth teeCThe aixth hole, which has been the double bunker hole, will be moved back to take the place of the present fifth hole, and the number of the double bunker hole will he changed from the sixth to the sev-onfii
