NOTICE OF MORTGAGE •FORECLOSURE SALEDefault having occured in theconditions of that certain mortgage. executed by Frank Entry, and Jane Emry, husband and wife, mortgagors, to Mrs. Mable Blnck-iiey, mortgagee, dated the 18th dayof February 1920, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Jackson County, South Dakota, on the 17th day of March 1920, at 9:35 A. M.. in Book 8 page 498; and; which said mortgage was assigned[on the 25th day of February 1921, : to Anna S. Blackney, now thfc i assignee, and lawful holder thereof, which assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Jackson County, South Dakota, on the 1st day of March 1921, at 2:10 1'. M. in Bqpk 3. page 191“, and which i:aid mortgage mortgages the following described real property, situated m the 'Countj of Jackson, State of South Dakota, to-wit:-Southeast Quarter of Section Twent-thrce, Tovvn-, shin Two South, Range Eighteen* and, Southwest Quarter of Section* S Twenty-three, Township Two Sou-j th, Range Eighteen, all East of the Black Hills Meridian; which said default of the mortgagor consists I of the failure to pay the interest[on the debt secured hy the said mortgage, and the failure to pay j the taxes assessed against the said ' real property; and,WHEREAS, no action at law, or other proceeding has been had, or commenced to recover the amount secured by the said mortgage: and,WHEREAS, by virtue of the option in said mortgage contained the assignee thereof has declared the whole amount secured by saidmortgage due and payable, in thefollowing amounts on the date of this notice, to-wit:- Two Thousand Sixty Six and 59 Hundreds Dollars, principal and interest; the addition;;! sum of Three Hundred Fifteen and 32 Hundreds Dollars, taxes and interest thereon paid bv the assignee; besides the attorney fc * of Twenty Five Dol-ars, allowed by law, and the costs of this forec osure.Notice is hereby given that byvirtue of the power of sale in saidmortgage contained, and the statute in such case provided, theabove described mortgaged premises, together with the appurtenances thereto belonging, will be i sold, by the undersigned sheriff [of Jackson County, South Dakota, iat the front door of the Court House, in the town of Kadoka, rackson County, South Dakota, on he 31st day of March 1924, at the tour of 10:00 o’clock A.
