eniiii greeuug auu ueat wisutss.At a meeting of stockholders of the Forrest Coal Mining company, held at! town hall last Monday evening, the following were chosen directors: S. A. floyt, II. Hutton, II, I*. Watson, F. W. Stewart, J. S. Francis and Fred Duckett. The directors were authorized to locate the shaft, let the contract for sinking the same, and assess the stock pro rata, as the work progressed. The directors were also authorized to frame by-laws for the government of the com-Eany. At a late hour adjournment was ad subject to the call of the secretary.
