LESLLIE A. NEARHOOFLeslie A. Nearhoof, of Altoona well known contractor, died at the Altoona Hospital following: an e.\: tended illness.He was born at Warriors Mark on 'Feb. 26, 1879, a son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Nearhoof, and was married on August 30, 1923, to Mis Bernice Barrett. Mr. Nearboof was a member of the Bellwood Meth (li t Church, and was also a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, being a veteran of World War I.Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. IT. TT. Nearhoof, Bellwood, the widow and two children. Jolleen and Leslie, Jr., and the following sisters and brother: Mrs. Lottie M. Fbbs and Mrs. Amber Laird, of Bellwood. Mrs. Evelyn Leddy, of Altoona, and Wi'son Nearhoof, Bellwood.Friends will he received at the Iuioss Funeral Home on Main street.
