GAME VIOLATION CASE DISMISSEDPickford Judge’s Decision is ReversedThe cases against Llewlyn Fleming, Frank Goetz, James Durocher and W. Pratt arrested last fall hy game wardens with the carcass of a doe in their possession was thrown out of circuit court this week byJudge Louis H. Fead. Ray Durocher the other member of the party* admitted his guilt in breaking the game laws but his fine as yet has not been fixed*Following their arrest last fall, the men were brought into Justice Court in Bickford and were foundguilty* They appealed to CircuitCourt.—Soo Times.
