H. Houle, both residents of this city, met this afternoon for the first Hme *n thirty years. They had lost all trace of each other since they were boys together in school. The meeting was brought about in Squire Reid's office. Hobaugh was in the office and Houk came in to transact business. In the conversation Squire Reid spoke Hobaugh’3 name several times, but Houk paid no attention. When he started out some other person in the office asked Hobaugh if any of his relatives were still iving in Carroll county. Hearing this, Houk turned and asked Hobaugh his name. On hearing that it was Cy-renius, lib instantly recognized Hobaugh as his school chum of thirty live years ago. They at once .renewed their acquaintance and talked of school days. Both were raised in Carroll county, and after they grew to manhood, lost all trace of each other. The strange fact is that both had been living in this city during that time but had never come together. Houk resides on the North Side and Hobaugh on the South Side.
