Dr. L. A. Martinet, the negro editor of the Crusader, .was recently appointed a teacher in the medical department of the New Orleans University. Now comes a kick fro in the New Orleans Republican, another negro paper, who asserts that Martinet is a moral leper and unfit for the position. In fact it’s a general row in coon town.
