COURT HOUSE.The Auditor’s sale of real estate, on forclosure of school-fund mortgages, dwindled down to three pieces, as follows: The north half of lot 13, Centre* ville, offered as the property of Thomas B. hontz, was bought in by the State in the absence of any bidder. The William Knott property, on the Boston pike, (in the city) was sold to Sharon E. Jones for $197.86; the Jesse Greenstrcet property, GO acres in Perry township, was sold to Kiley Salishnry. jr., for $1,264.58.
