Cmmissioner’s Sale .Under and by virtue of a decree and order of sale by Ezekiel Clifton, Judge of the County Court of Volusia county, State of Florida, made and entered on the 4th day December A. D. 1888, in the matter of the petition of Jacob B. Conrad, administrator of the estate of Grace Blair Noble, deceased, for an order of sale to sell certain real estate belonging: to said estate for the payment of debts and for distribution among the heirs, etc., T will, on Monday, the 4th day of February, A. I). 1889, during the legal hours of sale, at the front door of the Court House in the city of DeLand, offer for sale to the highest and best bidder, t.hefollowing described property, viz: two certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the county of Volusia and State of Florida, and described more particularly a# follows: the N. E. % of the S. E. VC of the S. W. V4 of Section 5, Township 17, South of Range 30 East, containing teu acres of land, more or less, excepting fifteen feet on the east side of said described land reserved for the purpose of roadway; the second tract is described as follows, to wit: the N. Vs of the N. E. % of the S. E. V and theN. Vi of the S. E. V4 of the N. E. Vi of the S. E. Vi o Set lion 6, Township 17, South of Range 30 East, containing 25 acres more or less.Terms cash. EDWARD.
