The farm known pe Gonsling hometead, situate on the old road, within a mile of the hips of Middletown, containing about sev enty-eight acres of choice farming land, and upon it a fine two-story brick dwer -house, wagon-house, barns, and other suitable out-buildings. One of the finest orchards in this section of country, it being the place where the famous apple—the Conkling Seedling, was originated by Nathaniel Conkling, who now oc cupies the farm, and where still sands the origial tree. Water in abundance can be had from humerous springs, a living spring brook, and wells, all upon the city. Those desiring to purchase should not fail to view the property before time of sale. Will also be gold at the same time and place the dwelling-house and about five acres of land formerly occupied by Nathaniel Conkling, loca ted on South street, in the village of Middle town, and within fifteen minutes’ walk of either the Erie or Midland depots, it being one of the many fine places in and about the village, and upon its barn and other buildings, and beauti fully ornamented and decorated with fruit trees, vines, and ornamental shrubbery. Buildings in good repair, and whole property will bear careful inspection.
