«The 15th Wisooxaitr.— On the 8th insi,, the 15ih Wisconsin was at ^Franklin, Tennessee, being sent thither vr'dh oilier troops, with a view to cutting off the retreat of the rebel fores which recently attacked Fort Donelson. From thence they expected to move towards Columbia* Col.
