Richard S. Butler -Richard Samuel Butler was born Jan. 22, 1894 at EverlyIowa to George and Cora Alice Butler. He attended school at Milford Public School. Richard moved to Milford in 1905 with his family. He did general carpenter work until he retired.Richard died Feb. 14, 1976 at his home. Services were held Feb. 18 at Leyson Funeral Home in Milford with the Rev. Boyd Bonebrake officiating. Organist was Mrs. Frank Fellows. Pallbearers were: Warren Miller, Dale Olson, Ken Miller, Lyn Johnson, Don Eckard, and Dick Long.He wasjpreceded in death by his mother in 1935, his father in 1913 and one sister, Lulu, in 1904. Survivors include one cousin, Richard Marone of Covour, South Dakota.Interment was in Lone Tree Cemetery at Everly.
