By MICHAEL BERRY William Mayo and Richard Emery have become the princi pal and vice principal at PJHS, positions formerly held by Lawrence Bernard and William Rose. Mr. Mayo was formerly the principal at Timberlane Junior High School in Plaistow. Mr. Emery was a science teacher and principal at the Annex. Walter Barrett, a mathe matics teacher at PJHS, has assumed the position of vice principal at the Annex. After completion of the first semester, students changed Music and Art class. All eighth grade shop and home economics classes have also exchanged teachers. The Outing Club journeyed to the Ice Follies in Boston. The bus departed from the Junior High at six o'clock and arrived back later that event On the way home the club made their usual stop at Putnam's Pantries for car and snacks. Mr. Simpson, Mrs. Copeland |! and Mr. Rice, guidance counselors at the high school, visited the students at PJHS|' last week to inform them of |] the courses offered at the high |! school. Mr. Karnacewicz and Mr. Grasso are visiting the 8th grade |! classes this week in preparation for course nining. Course |* request catalogs and course | selection forms will be sent it home with the students. Parents and students are urged to call the Guidance office if any questions arise. We would like to welcome to PJHS Michele Denny from Florida, Susan Fletcher from Guam, Janice Adams from Maine and Lance Guptill from Hampton. G « 1
