Achille Governor But is pardoned. James Rolph Thursday nnounced that he had signed the pardon that will save the Yolo coun ty man, often convicted on liquor charges from deporation to Italy as an undesirable citizen. In a statement to the United Press, the governor said that the pardon was granted after a thorough review of the case.
