Howard? of the town of Morrison, in this county? while hauling saw-logs to East River, met with an accident on Thursday, the lTthinst, which caused his death almost instantly. While seated on a load of logs, and driving down a hill, he came to a turn in the road, and the sleigh broke and capsized—the logs rolling- over him and crushing him to death, Mr. H. was one of the most active farmers of the town, mid his loss will be deeply lamented.
