The station would be located south of Farmington on Highway 371. According to I the president of Woodland Broadcasting Co. Berald Proctor, the station is scheduled to be an independent, although a network af filiation will be sought for the station as soon as possible. FCC action may take as long as a year.Estimated coverage for the station will approximate a radius of 40 miles.
