BULLETIN Two Floridians, Robert Gertz, 34, and Flynn Clark, 49, will be bound over to the grand jury on charges of conspiracy to commit murder. Justice of the Peace Robert Hernandez today ruled in an examining trial that enough evidence ex ists to warrant the site’s ask ing for an indictment. Another arrest in an alleg ed conspiracy - to - murder plot was made by Lt. Trino Cavazos Monday afternoon in the court house. Hearing in the case continu ed this morning before Justice of The Peace Robert Hernan dez. Arrested and promptly re leased to his attorney was 49- year - old Flynn Clark of Tam pa, Fla., who reportedly jour neyed from Florida for the hearing. Clark, who reportedly has business interests in Miami and Tampa, Fla., and Matamoros, is charged along with Robert Gertz, 34, of Florida, with con spiring to murder William Riggs, 42, of Brownsville. Gertz was arrested Feb. 15 by city police as he stepped off a plane and later released after posting $3,000 bond. Riggs, the complainant, is one of five U. S. citizens de tained for 11 days in January in the Matamoros jail. Lt. Cavazos said this morn ing Clark was not arrested be fore Monday because he could not be located. Before the hearing of the case began about Monday afternoon, Judge Hernandez ordered fresh warrants made out for Gertz and Clark. The apparent dis crepancy in the warrants caus ing new ones to be made up was not revealed. Riggs was on the witness Stand yesterday afternoon and was followed today by Leo Dai gle, 43, who shares an apart ment with him at 750 E. Adams St. Both were questioned about the origin of a tape recording allegedly made by the two of a conversation they had with Clark in January. Special Pros ecutor Joe Walsh offered the tape recording in evidence. Judge Hernandez admitted it but it has not yet been played.
