Our city is becoming a veritable refuge for stray dogs. The petition which was before the board atits last meeting in regard to muzzling or killing these strays is a good one. Other towns have passed similar ordinances. A mad-dog scare would greatly aid a petition of this kind.W. J. Richardson and wife entertained to dinner Tuesday, John Haines of Rosston, and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Richardson of Big Springs./The Todd case which was to have come up for a hearing Saturday was postponed and will probably be heard this week.W. H. Darby, of Alexandria, purchased the Glass photograph gallery, last week.
