Died.Lincoln Babcock died afc bis home at Simpsonville, Saturday morning, Feb. 19, aged 39 years, leaving his devoted wife and two daughters to mourn bis loss. He had been a sufferer from Bright’s disease for many raontliB. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. H. Ballard at Berlin M. E. church Monday. The remains were iuterred at that place. Mr. Babcock was converted when a boy and has lived a consistent member of the cburcb until his death. He united with the Oakwood Baptist church in whose fellowship he continued until called to a higher service. The mellow fragrance of a Godly life remains to testify of his discipleship.
