Died.Lincoln Babcock died at his home ab SimpBonville, Saturday morning, Feb. 19, aged 39 years, leaving his devoted wife and two daughters to. mourn bis loss. He had been a sufferer from Bright’s disease for many j months. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. H. Ballard at Berlin M. E. church Monday. The remains were interred at that place. Mr. Babcock was converted when a boy and has lived a consistent member of the church until his death. He united with the , Oakwood Baptist church in whose fellowship he continued until called to a higher service. The mellow fragrance of a Godly life remains to testify of his discipleship.
