Accused of Burglary. In a former issue we gave an account of the burglary of Chatelain’s Jewelry store in Wooster. By the vigilance of offices, Peter Segner three young men on last Thursday morning were arrested for the crime. The accused, Frank Johnson, George Hamilton and Jonn anid had a hearing before Mayor J. T. Henry at one o'clock in the af ternoon. There was no proof eliminating the two latter, and they were consequently honorably discharged from custody. Frank Johnson, however, was held to answer be fore the Common Pleas Court, and released on $300 bail The officers, Policemen Segner and Jesse Koch and Marshal Potter, deserve credit for the way they managed the affair
