OLYMPIA (AP) — President Eisenhower has invited 53 Wash ington residents to represent the state at the 1960 golden anniver sary conference on children and youth in Washington, D.C., March 27 to April 2. Gov. Rosellini an nounced Tuesday. Approximately 7,000 delegates from all states and territories and 500 international delegates have been invited. The White House conference will analyze developments of the past 10 years to determine how they can be used in planning for chil dren during the ensuing decade. Recommendations developed in Washington at regional and state conferences on child services will receive consideration at the na tional meeting, Rosellini said. The Washington delegation will include L. W. Thrailkill, Spokane. Seven high school and college age youths will be included in the Washington delegation to the con ference. They include Kristin Johnson, Bremerton; Gilbert Fin ley, Inchelium; Myron Mickey, Mount Vernon and Maralyn May field, Yakima.
