County Court Authorizes Payment for Capture of Slayer A reward of $200 has been au thorized by the county court for the capture of Terbert and Wallace Niccaid, wanted in connection with the death of George Spangler, at Oswald recently. A letter, sent by Sheriff Isabsh- Kidd,to all officers in the section, tells the history of the case, and describes the wanted wen, thus: George Spangler, a special officer for the K. G. J. B. Railway Com pany, was shot and killed about 8:15 pm. February 19th, 192% by Her bert Kincaid at Oswald, Raleigh County, W. Va. wile placing Her bert and Wallace Kincaid under ar rest. The following description of the Kincaids are given herewith: Herbert Kincaid:—Age about 25 years, height about 6 feet, weight 165 pounds, black hair, dark eyes and heavy beard. Was wearing when last seen, black sweater, sheep skin coat, black trousers with pin stripes and tight cap. ‘This man served’ seven years for murder in the United States Army prison at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Wallace Kincaid:—Age about 22, height about 5 feet 6 inches, weight 140 pounds, light hair, blue eyes and sandy complexion. Was wear ing when last seen, light trousers, black slip over sweater and over coat, ‘Tattoo’ of a nurse on left arm. These men are laborers and would likely be working around the mines, in road or lumber camps and con struction gangs. We hold felony warrants for their arrest. The County Court of Raleigh County, has offered $200.00 reward for the apprehension of these par ties.
