R. 2.Jesse Armentrout has moved his family from a farm east of LaCrosse, into the Sonberg property in the west part of town. He will take employment on the railroad. He is a paid in advance subscriber to the Sentinel.George Brucker of Monterey, was a visitor here between trains, Tuesday evening, on his return from LaPorte where he had visited his wife, who on Monday passed through an operation at the Holy Family hospital. He reports her as getting along nicely.Last Thursday was fair and warm, showers that night. Friday was blustery, with snow; Saturday forenoon light snow flurries, afternoon sunshine; Sunday partly cloudy, colder Sunday night. Monday fair and cold; Tuesday fair, warm, rain that night; Wednesday cloudy.I.. G. Riehle now of the Wilder neighborhood has been a resident here for 15 years, the last 7 years of which he has followed farming. Last year he had under his supervision 500 acres, but this year he will only farm 250 acres. He reads the Sentinel, paid for in advance.George W.
