Goodwin and McGilvary sang in fine form and were generously applauded.Miss Rose Johnson charmed the audience with several old balads on the Irish harp.wMr. Rudolph held the attention of the crowd for three encores on the violin, and Bob Weber gave a brilliant performance on the mandolin.Reinke’s orchestra surpassed themselves and dancing continued until well into the morning.Altogether it was a brilliant ending to the social season and will reconcile the young people to sackcloth and ashes for the next forty clays.
