May Refuse Admittance.The Court of Appeals at Frankfort Iasi Friday held that persons who are intoxicated are not in proper condition to be received on a train, and may be refused admittance, even though they have purchased tickets, reversing the judgment of the Lewis Circuit Court which awarded M. B. Selsor $2tX) damages for being ejected from a train of the Chesapeake Ohio railroad.Selsor bought a ticket at Vanceburg * to South Portsmouth, Ky., and when he started to board the train the conductor noticing his condition, told him he could not get on his train for he would not carry him.Selsor then went up to the front coach and boarded the smoker. After the train pulled out of Vanceburg Sai-sor became so boisterous he was ejec- t ted. The court here says that after t being refused admittance by the con- i ductor Selsor was a trespasser. «
