Cochran has wholly failed at any time since date of entry up to the present date to plow and plant ten acres of said laud to trees, tree seeds or cuttings, said tract has been wholly abandoned and been allowed to grow up to a dense mass of weeds and grass for more than three years last past, without care or cultivation and each and every failure still exists at this date August 2. 18S2.
