They are the hardest looking men that ever was collected together. Uni i formed in rags; of all colors; and carpets i for blankets. Some assort that seces'-ion is gone up and that they are better treated and led here than they have beeu for the past six m mths. Most of the men were anxious tt take the oath. Three of their Bur gtons have been paroled to attend to their sick, which are becoming quite numerous.
