Vincil Rutter UNIONVILLE — Vincil Ross Rutter, 92, of Unionville, died Feb. 21, 2007, at the Bloomfield Care Center. A private family funeral service will be held Saturday in Ottumwa. Burial will be in the Blakesburg Cemetery, Blakesburg. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. today at Gilbert-Boman Funeral Home, Albia, with the family present from 6-8 p.m An open memorial has been established. Marjorie Russell FAIRFIELD — Marjorie Ruth Russell, 83, of Fairfield, died Feb. 22, 2007, at the Uni versity of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Arrangements are pending with Raymond Funeral Home, Fairfield. Gail Potts ELDON — Gail Potts, age 62, of Eldon, entered into new life on Feb. 20, 2007, at Van Buren Co. Hospital in Keosauqua. She was born on Jan. 4, 1945 in Van Buren, Mo. to Sanford and Max ine Jordon Dorris. She mar ried Jerry Potts on Nov. 24, 1962 at Midway Calvary Baptist Church. She was raised and educat ed in Eldon, graduating from Cardinal High School in 1962 and later from nurses college at Indian Hills Community Col lege in Ottumwa. She had been previously employed at Parkview Care Center in Fair field, Sunny Slope Care Center and Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa. She was currently the librarian at Eldon Public Library. She was a member of the Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, Bayview Reading Club, Wapello Co. Fair board, the Eldon Volunteer Fire Depart ment Auxiliary and a past member Eldon Chapter 1 TT. She is survived by her hus band; her daughter, Lori (Robben) Franklin of Eldon; her sons, Ronald —— Potts, Jerry Lee (Julie) Potts and Terry W. (Kristine) Potts of Eldon and Chad (Carrie) Potts of Dakota Dunes, S.D.; her grandchildren, Jordan, Erin, Shelby, Kaitlyn, Sean, Shana, Preston, Brandon, Kristopher and Theryn; her great-grandchildren, Meghan and Trinity. She was very involved in all her grandchildren’s activities and interests. She is also survived by her parents of Eldon; her brothers, Larry Dorris of Eldon and Donald Dorris of Pulaski; and special family, Theresa Dovico and Shawn Cremer. Funeral services will be Fri day morning 10:30 a.m. at the Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon with Pastor David Albert officiating. Interment will be in Eldon Cemetery. Open visitation began at noon on Thursday at the church with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Phil to the Living Hope Bible Church or the Friends of the Eldon Public Library. The Kremer Funeral Home in Eldon is in charge of arrangements. Gail Potts
