i SlicriA’s Sale.By virtue of five executions to me directed one of which i ifrom the Shelby Circuit Court and litter ate irout the Shelby Court of Common Picas, and one from the Supreme Court, and also one Fee dill from the Supreme Conti of Indiana, 1 wilt expose at public sale, to the highest bidder,,on Saturday the 10th day of March, A. D. 1800, between the hours of 10 A- M. and 4 o'clock P. M. of said day at the door of the Court tlouse of Shelby county Indiana, the rents and profits for n term not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate, lo-wit: Beginning ai the north cost corner of section seventeen, township thirteen, rforth of ronge seven east, and running thence wist eighty rod* to the north west coiner o1 the east hotf of the North east quarter o;aaid section seventeen, thence irnuth sixlv rods, thenct east eighty.rods to the east Unfc of r.an3 Section, thence north sixty rods to the place of beginning, conlaining thirty acres more or less. And the four-sevenths in value of the following tracts of land, to wit: ibe south east quarter of the north west quarter, nnd the south wesiqnnrteroflhe north east quarter oi section twenty, township thirteen, north of range seven east. Also, begin-niiig altlie south west corner of section sixteen, in township thirteen, north of range sev en east, thence running east one hundred and sixty p lies to the south east corner of said south weal quarter, thence north fifty-four and one-fifth poles, thence wcstonc hundred and sixty poles to the west line of Said quarter section, thence south fifty four and one-fifth poles to the place of beginning, containing fifty four atnl one fifvh acres .-f land, all in the county of Sheth), and State nf Indiana.And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interested cost.
