§ ShcriA’s Sule.By virtue of five executions to me directed one of which i ■ from the Shelby Circuit Court and Ihrer are item the Shelby Court of Com' mou Picas, and one from the Supreme Court, and also one Fee dill from the Supreme Court of Indiana, I wilt expose at public sale, to the highest bidder,,on Saturday the 10th day of March, A. D, ISGO, between the hours of 10 A. 1. and 4 o'clock P. M. of said dny at the door of the Court tlotise of Shelby county Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate, lo-wit: Beginning at the north cost corner of section seventeen, township thirteen, ifijfth of rouge seven east, ami running thence west eighty rodn to thei north west corner o1 the east half of the N«rth east quarter oi said section seventeen, thence smith sixty rods, thence east eighiy.rudstothe east line of r.md section, thence north sixty rods to the piece of beginning, containing thirty acres more or less. And the four-sevenths in value of the following tracts of land, to wit: rhesouth east quarter of the north west quarter, and the south west quarter of Ihe north east quarter ol section twenty, township thirteen, north of range seven east. Also, beginning at the south west corner of section sixteen. in township thirteen, north of range Sevs en east, thence running east one hundred and sixty p tes to the south east comer of said south veal quarter, thence north fiftr-fonr and one-fifth poles, thence west one hundred and sixty poles to the west line of Said quarter section, thence south fifty four and one-fifth poles to the place of beginning, containing fifty four and one fifth acres .-f land, all in the county of Shelb, and State nf Indiana.And on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interestjtnd cost.
