In the matter of the estate of Helen Quinn, On Receiving and Filing The petition of John M. Quinn of the County of Freeborn representing among other things that Helen Quinn late of the County of Freeborn in the State vo: Innesote, on the 1%th day of Sept., A. D. 1910, at the County of Freeborn died Intestate,and being an inhabitant of the county at the time of her death, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this county, and that said petioner is the father of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to John McDonald grauien: It Is Ordered, That said petition be heard be fore asid Court, on Wednesday, the sth day of March, A. D. 1911, at 100’clock A. M. at the Pro bate Office, in the Court House in the City of Al bert Lea, in said County. Ordered Farther, That notice thereof be given to the beire of said deceased and to all persons in terested, by publishing this order once in each week for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing in the Freeborn County Standard, a week ly newspaper printed and published at Albert Lea in said County. 7 Dated at Albert Lea, Minnesota, the 1gth day of February, A.
